Matt is an NASM certified personal trainer and has been training since 2017. Matt originated as a super skinny, weak kid who was made fun of for it. Having a small appetite, fast metabolism and a vegan diet made it a constant struggle for him to gain weight.
Matt dreamt to have the agility, strength, power and coordination of the superhero’s we see on tv. He began using powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, parkour, animal flow, martial arts and steel mace along with other methods of movement training to become as athletic as possible. After years of training, research and education, Matt accomplished to gain pounds of lean muscle while also developing impressive skills that now give him abilities while still eating a vegan diet. Matts hustle defines him as a trainer by always learning more education and new skills that make his clients better everyday.
Now, Matt’s specialty is for you to build strength, balance, coordination and agility to improve your ability to perform day-to-day movements, activities and more. Matt knows that your capabilities are limitless. Every program is designed and tailored to fit each goal along with any compensation or injury restricting a client from doing an exercise.
